Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Packet Post, which will be Royal Mail Standard, £3.95 per order over £15 and £2.95 if £15 or less than this amount. And will include Mainland UK, Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Channel Islands are by Royal Mail International and are priced as Mainland UK.Please allow 10-14 days for standard delivery. We offer an express delivery service guaranteed within 5 working days for an extra charge of £3.00 on top of the standard charge.
Shipping to EU countries is £4.95 up to £15, £7.95 up to £50 & £9.95 for £50+.
For the Rest of the World £9.95 up to £15, 14.95 up to £50 and £19.95 for £50+.
Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within three days of delivery.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
Returns and exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply return them to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. If goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt we will issue a full refund including postage and packaging, or an exchange. After 7 working days we will refund the cost of the order minus the postage and packaging charge paid. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

-Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned ( within 14 days of receipt )with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund Personalised items unless Heron Fine China has made the mistake.
Payment is by cheque or credit card basis with order. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are re-presented.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
